CSU Student Residence & Sports Facility – Stainless Steel Package Project
RMR Engineering were engaged in the design, supply, manufacturing and the installation of the stainless-steel project packages for the CSU Student Accommodation Project in Thurgoona, NSW.
This project consists of three (3) residential accommodation buildings, incorporating 19 apartments, recreational facilities, other external works and has been designed and built for a 5-Star rating.
The recreational facilities comprise of a multi-purpose court, a half-court, an open shelter, a roofed bleachers facility, a grass playing field and landscaping etc.
This project included three (3) different styles and types of handrails/balustrading, other minor project items and the coordination of other trades, as part of a Total Project Value was unknown.
This project was completed in 2014, we had up to eight (8) RMR Engineering team members working on the various phases of the above project, utilising the full array of our stainless-steel manufacturing expertise, craftsmanship and equipment.
With the successful implementation of the project, RMR Engineering has subsequently been invited back to site for other maintenance type works, as well as capital project works for other Quest Apartments in NSW.
